Beastly Worlds Commission T&Cs

1. The copyright (including but not limited to preparatory designs and sketches) is retained by Beastly Worlds.

2. The commissioned work is for personal use only. There is strictly no license granted for commercial usages. Commercial use of the artwork is subject to an additional licence to be granted by the Illustrator.

3. The Illustrator shall have the right to use the work for the purpose of self-promotion, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Under no circumstances may the artwork be used to train any AI machine learning models.

6. The artwork may not be altered, retouched, modified or changed in any way without the written consent of the illustrator.

7. If a commission is cancelled by the Commissioner after the commissioned work has been completed, the Commissioner shall not be entitled to a refund.

8. If a commission is cancelled by the Commissioner before the commissioned work has begun, the Commissioner will be entitled to a full refund.

9. If the Commissioner changes the brief and requires subsequent changes, additions or variations, the Illustrator may require additional payment. The Illustrator may refuse to carry out changes, additions or variations which substantially change the nature of the commission.

By purchasing a commission, the Commissioner is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
